English meaning: “Partial Verdict”

Explanation: A weight of 100 grams, (in Italian ‘etto’) on the left pan of an arm balance is green (in Italian
‘verde’) so it results: ‘VerdEtto’.
An hand, placed on top of the balance holding a dollar between the fingers and a broken in half right plate, allude ironically to the ‘incorruptible’ principles of the juridical systems.
