This work is dedicated to Sir John Gurdon of Oxford and Cambridge Universities, who was the first person to clone an animal (he cloned a frog in 1958).
Here we see the artist Lorenzo cloned and clowned. One version of him is a Pierrot, the other sports the clown’s classic red nose, but with a lipstick kiss in place of Pierrot’s characteristic tear.
